Fairview Motors Hyundai are currently recruiting for a full time Sales Administrator based in Dublin 3.
About the Role:
You will be carrying out mainly administrative duties and providing support to the sales and accounts team.
Role responsibilities:
1. Provide strong administrative support to the Sales and Accounts Department
2. Complete and process all vehicle orders accurately ensuring that all required checks are completed
3. Registering new vehicles and ownership transfers.
4. Maintain and monitor stock profile by using relevant platforms
5. Arrange transfers of new stock to and from other dealers as directed by Sales Manager
6. Ensure new vehicles are adopted in accordance with Company policy and manufacturer's requirements
7. Update costs on all sold vehicles on an ongoing basis and ensure end of month figures are completed when required.
8. To retain all documents and necessary copies in respect of vehicle stock as per Company policy
9. Ensure all data is kept updated, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements
10. Deal promptly with all email and telephone queries
11. Other ad-hoc sales administration duties
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in a busy administrative role
2. Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential
3. Good understanding of manufacturer and retailer operational systems
4. Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative.
5. Be analytical, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Be standards driven and process orientated
8. IT Literate including Microsoft Office suite
9. A friendly and professional manner
10. Excellent numerical skills
11. Be flexible in their approach to work.
