Housing Services Coordinator (Torc)
Location: Cork, Ireland
Contract: 12 Month Contract / Full Time, 37 hours per week
Reports to: Housing Services Manager

Position Summary:
The Housing Services Coordinator is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties under the direction of the Housing Services Manager. They handle all aspects of housing management and customer care for residents in a responsive, efficient and quality manner.
The successful candidate will:
1. Handle all aspects of housing management, including property viewings, allocations, lettings, rent collection, repairs and tenant disputes.
2. Liaise with Local Authorities and developers regarding handovers and pre- and post-handover tasks.
3. Manage incidents of anti-social behaviour, breach of tenancies and dispute preparation for the Residential Tenancies Board.
4. Liaise with external stakeholders about design and improvement proposals.
5. Attend court hearings on behalf of the Association if required.
6. Liaise with residents and community groups to promote participation, involvement and community integration.
Person Specification:
To be suitable for this role, candidates must have:
1. A relevant third-level qualification in Housing Studies, Property Management, or a related discipline.
2. An own vehicle and full clean driving license.
3. A good understanding of MS Office.
4. At least two years' experience in a housing management environment.
5. Experience of core housing management tasks.
6. Experience working with the public in a customer-oriented environment.
7. Experience of community work.
8. Knowledge of GDPR, RTB Legislation and Regulation requirements.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
10. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
11. Good organisational and time-management skills.
12. Participation in forums/working groups/committees as required.
