About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding family-run car dealership in Northern Ireland.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, implementing business plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include developing and agreeing sales plans and budgets, motivating and developing staff, and building on and maintaining relationships between the sales and after-sales journeys.
Requirements
* Possession of a full and valid UK driving license
* IT literacy
* Ability to coach the team to achieve potential as individuals and as a team
* Proven track record delivering finance and insurance income within the sector
