Responsibilities:
1. Practice front-foot account management, planning ahead, knowing your timings inside out.
2. knowing the team’s movements and planning around these commitments to ensure smooth project delivery
3. Understand the day to day finances on your account and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers & timesheets up to date
4. Deliver all tasks on the deadline OR flag where this is not possible to line managers in advance.
5. Articulate the different brand positions for your client’s key competitors.
6. Develop strong relationships with all client contacts.
7. Passionately care about great creative work. Identifying great work and articulating why.
8. Provide inspiration during creative briefings with relevant references.
9. Support new business pitch teams with a can-do and proactive attitude.
10. Ensure all meetings run smoothly, booking rooms, preparing the environment & materials, and confirming attendees and roles in advance.
11. Be curious and constantly seeking to learn.
Qualifications
Requirements :
12. You have a background in Marketing or similar degree.
13. 1 year of experience in account management would be ideal.
14. You are passionate about creativity and building long-lasting relationships.
15. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and nurturing client relationships
16. You are keen to take bold leaps, even if that means you risk making mistakes along the way.
17. Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and time management.
18. You are voraciously curious and never stop feeding your mind
19. Self-motivated and proactive, capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.
