About the Role
We're seeking experienced Management Consultants specialising in Organisation Design to join our dynamic and diverse team of Organisation Transformation professionals.
As an Organisation Design Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior clients to analyse, design, and implement operating models and organisational structures optimising adaptability, efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
Your expertise will help our clients adapt to change, improve their competitive advantage, and achieve their strategic objectives by making an impact that matters.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Master's degree preferred.
* Proven 3-5 years experience in delivering strategy, HR, or organisational development and design projects.
* Previous experience in consulting roles, either as an internal practitioner or in client-facing roles.
* The ability to work collaboratively within integrated, multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid working environment.
* Excellent analytic, presentation, and communication skills.
* Project Management or Change Management certification an advantage.
