Job Title: Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at a tier-one leading international construction company.
The successful candidate will have building experience and manage residential and commercial projects from conception to completion.

Our client is a tier-one contractor with offices across Ireland in Dublin, Cork, and Galway.
They have expertise across all sectors, including pharma, data centres, healthcare, commercial & retail, residential, refurbishment & restoration, and education.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
A full driving license is required, and experience in managing projects with a Tier 1 contractor in Ireland is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple residential and commercial contracts simultaneously, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects.
* Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure that all projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and negotiate contracts and agreements as needed.
* Manage the financial aspects of each project, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Ensure that all work complies with relevant legislation, codes, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Support in preparing proposals and bids for new projects.
* Implement cost and value procedures and ensure that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to Senior Management.
* Work closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* 10+ years of experience as a Project / Contracts Manager in the Residential and Commercial sector.
