Our client, a semi-state organisation, is recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the South East Regional Business Development Team in Waterford and occasionally in other offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative services, including managing phone calls, emails, invoices, event logistics, and office diaries.
* Support the Regional Team in coordinating activities and itineraries for key strategic initiatives, preparing presentations and reports.
* Create high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, profiles, infographics, and more.
* Conduct research as needed and maintain/update a database of regional information.
* Update the Customer Relationship Management System and generate a weekly progress report for the Management Team.
* Collaborate with the Regional Executive and Manager to collect organisational performance metrics and data.
* Represent the company's brand reputation in the region.
* Contribute to the Division's development within the Regional Business and Relationship team.
* Pursue continuous learning and development through formal and informal means.
* Foster equality, dignity, inclusion, and respect within and outside the Organisation.
* Show flexibility in performing additional tasks that may arise.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of computer packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
* Work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
* Possess a third-level qualification or be interested in pursuing one.
* Hold a full driving license (desirable).
* Familiarity with content creation applications, such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
* Display flexibility and interest in career progression and development opportunities.
* Be prepared for travel and working outside normal office hours.
