Business Development Representative
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic German-speaking candidate to join our expanding DACH sales team based in Dublin.
This is a key role for identifying new customer opportunities and educating potential clients on how our software can improve their business efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities through email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools
* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within our key prospect accounts
* Develop core skills and product/industry knowledge
* Work with mentors to set goals for advancement opportunities
Your Profile/Skillset:
* Proficiency in English and German
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening
* Coefficient of coachability and teamwork mentality
* An eye for detail, curious nature, and strong planning skills
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
