Base Location: Dublin
Salary: €42,000 - €55,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee our Home Moves team, ensuring the seamless transition of services for customers moving homes. This role involves managing daily operations of the team, driving team performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role you will:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop the Home Moves team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
3. Continuously review and enhance home move processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Provide ongoing training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
5. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve any inter-departmental issues.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the utilities sector.
2. Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Word and similar platforms.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
