About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Analyst to assist our clients and help resolve inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a bias towards doing what is right.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist our clients' community and help resolve inquiries accurately and on time
* Become knowledgeable about our clients' products and community standards
* Make well-balanced decisions and act as an effective advocate for our community
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on our clients' platform
* Enforce clients Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse

Essential Competencies
* Fluent in market language (Ukrainian) and English
* Cultural understanding of the market
* Experience working in an office environment (preferable)
