**Sales Manager DACH Market - Business Development Representative**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of our high-performing Business Development Representative teams.
As the ideal candidate, you will guide your team to exceed monthly quotas, fostering a culture of over-performance and achievement.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and support Business Development Representatives to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while aligning with our strategic goals.
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, providing guidance and motivation to drive success.
* Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and excellence.
* Collaborate closely with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
* Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing Business Development Representatives in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
* A history of over-performance in individual contributor and management roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
* Passion for training and development to drive employee growth and success.
* Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis to inform business decisions.
* Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment.
* Proficient with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism.
* Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
