We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Cabinet Maker with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cabinet making techniques, an eye for detail, and the ability to work with various materials to create bespoke, high-quality wardrobe and furniture pieces.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about their craft and looking to contribute to a growing, dynamic company.
Please note we are not seeking apprentices.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar role (no apprentices).
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes.
Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Full driving license is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, assemble, and install custom wardrobes and furniture to high standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings and client specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, veneers, and other materials accurately.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain high levels of craftsmanship throughout the production process.
Desirable: Experience with modern wardrobe and furniture design trends.
Familiarity with CNC machinery or CAD software is a plus.
A keen interest in bespoke and custom furniture production.
