Job Description
We are excited to partner with a leading Accountancy practice that is undergoing significant growth. This has created an opportunity for a Part Qualified role within the firm.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and trust.
* Maintenance of trial balances, subledgers, and ledgers for entities in our portfolio, along with periodic reconciliations.
* Processing and supporting transactional level client information, including bank payments, document uploads, and data entry.
* Utilizing accounting packages (MS Navision, One Source, Sage) and MS Excel for client accounting record maintenance.
* Ensuring accuracy of automated/manual data input from client systems to accounting system, with tracking and documentation support.
* Providing audit support as needed for clients.
Candidate Requirements
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced dynamic team, meeting tight deadlines.
* Self-starter with excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Proficient in essential IT tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in accounting packages a plus but not essential.
Experience and Skills
* At least two years of experience in a practice environment within a small-to-medium-sized practice in Ireland.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of accounting policies and industry standards.
* Team player capable of working independently and taking initiative.
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with cloud accounting software is a plus.
