The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, Omega Surveying Services are currently recruiting for an APC / Recently Chartered Building Surveyor who will be based of our offices in Raheny. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking control of their own projects, as well as working with the senior team members. Structured training, in line with the APC competencies will be provided (if required) by an APC assessor ensuring the successful candidate gets the training and experience necessary to sit the APC and become a Chartered Building Surveyor. The successful applicant will undertake a spilt of report and project type work.
What will I be doing in my new role?
Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)
Design and specification.
Defect inspections and reports.
Measured Surveys.
Feasibility Studies.
Budget estimates and Cost Plans.
Any other duties as required by the business.
Requirements of the role:
Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI.
What key attributes do I need?
High appreciation of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
