Career Vision Recruiters is currently hiring an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Meetings & Events Office Supervisor for a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dublin City.

About the Role You will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and revenue opportunities, focusing on growing the hotel's meeting, corporate, and events market share.
You will also support initiatives to enhance the local leisure sector, including food, beverage, and other leisure offerings.
Working closely with the marketing and revenue teams, your goal will be to meet and exceed departmental budgets.
Please note:
This role will involve working every second Saturday on rotation.
Key Responsibilities Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, and pass relevant information to other sales personnel.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with current and prospective clients.
Monitor client feedback and communicate findings to the operations team.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and activity reports for management review.
Track competitor activity to maintain market competitiveness.
Organize FAM trips, site inspections, and promotional events.
Attend and represent the hotel at consumer promotions, trade exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to explore local marketing opportunities.
Execute targeted database marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing and revenue teams.
Respond promptly to all client enquiries via phone and email, converting leads into sales.
Manage all sales administration tasks, including follow-ups and research calls.
Develop and manage the hotels annual sales activity plan.
Requirements Proven track record in a hotel sales role, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
