My client is a successful Irish business that supplies its own brand food products to retailers and foodservice establishments nationwide.
Due to an internal promotion, they now have a vacancy for a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their Dublin 12 office.
This position is Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday and one day working from home when settled.
For the right person, there may be an option to work less than full-time hours – minimum 25.
Training will be provided, so I am open to someone early in their career who would like to join a brilliant company and learn the ropes.
As a Sales Support/Customer Service representative, you will have an outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
You must have excellent oral and written English and be computer literate.

Salary & Benefits: €30k-€33k negotiable based on experience, Bonus, 7.5% Pension Contribution, Free Parking Onsite.
Responsibilities for the job of Sales Support Administrator:
* Daily processing of orders through Sage
* Liaising with the third-party transport company
* Communicating delivery arrangements with customers
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all orders are processed
* Maintaining the weekly delivery list and tracking all orders
* Dealing with general customer service queries via phone and email
* Reporting any quality issues or complaints to senior management
* Other duties may arise when covering for staff members
