You will be based at the TSF site office and will assist the Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer (RTFE) in the organisation with management of projects and ongoing operational support at the facility.Your Job – your tasks will include but not limited to:Fulfill the role as the RE for Boliden Tara Mines DAC (BTMD) for the Buttress Construction Works contract.Fulfill the role as site point of contact for the BTMD TSF Team, the Design Team, the Contractor and the Construction Quality Control (CQC) Team for the Buttress Construction Works…….Support the Design Team in their role as Designer and Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Manager to meet the CQA objectives for the Buttress Construction Works in accordance with the CQA Plan.Support the BTMF TSF Team, the Design Team and the Contractor in the delivery of the Buttress Construction Works in accordance with Tender Package documentationConduct regular site inspections of the works to monitor construction progress and quality and assess the health and safety performance of the Contractor.Communicate effectively with BTMD, the Contractor, the CQC Team and the Design Team to provide project updates, raise concerns, identify risk and resolve issues.Support the BTMF TSF Team, in the ongoing management and operation of the TSF.Your profile – your characteristics, knowledge, skills:Work effectively as a, building strong relationships across the organisation, operating in a flexible and collaborative manner.Creative Ability – You have the ability to identify and actively manage risk in a project environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.Honest & Ethical & confidential – Valuing integrity and honesty as a core personal value.Concise and timely issue of records.Calm and open minded to periodic work review.Experience & Qualifications:A minimum of 7 years in a similar role.Experience of working in a regulated industry. Third Level Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management or relevant related discipline.Proficiency in CAD and geotechnical software utilisation is required.Project Management Certification, e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2, is a plus.Additional Info:This role will be full time contract position based on site.
