Micromedia have an excellent opportunity for a Finance & Office Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility of the maintenance and management of the companys finances and assist the wider team on various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working on their own initiative, have excellent communications and organizational skills and work well as part of a team.

Produce quarterly financial accounts.
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management.
Preparation of bank reconciliations.
Bi-Monthly VAT returns.
Process payroll.
Assist the Operations Manager with stock ordering and site rental agreements.
Assist Sales Team with Billboard bookings & liaising with Photographers/Videographers to help schedule their workflow depending on weekly requirements.
General office administration/procurement.
Provide executive assistance to management.
Support other ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 4 years of relevant experience working in Accounts/Office environment.
Accounting qualification is preferable.
Payroll experience is preferable, particularly the use of SAGE.
Previous experience with accounting systems (we use Accounts IQ).
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial record keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Enthusiastic & motivated person with excellent communication skills.
Quick and Agile Learner.
Ability to work on own initiative.
