Award-winning culinary team seeks ambitious Chef de Partie to drive innovation and excellence in our kitchen operations.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless execution of recipes and maintain high culinary standards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while upholding industry-leading quality.

Chef de Partie Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to HACCP regulations regarding uniform, personal hygiene, food preparation, production, service, and storage.
* Carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating, and storage.
* Work with the head chef on menu planning, development of daily specials, and new menu items.
* Support the Head Chef with stock controls, gross profit management, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
* Maintain exceptional dish quality, minimize food waste, and adhere to Health and Safety rules.
* Liaise with senior chefs for daily briefings and support kitchen operations during their absence.
* Organize your station for busy services and deliver consistent quality products at speed.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English (C2-Master level)
* Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
* Competencies: Teamwork, working independently
