Excel Recruitment have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join a supportive Community Intervention Team in Dooradoyle, Limerick.
We are recruiting on behalf of a progressive and well-structured Primary Care service, where you will work alongside an experienced Senior Physiotherapist, a Senior Occupational Therapist, and a Physiotherapy Assistant.

Your work will help individuals regain mobility, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions.
Work collaboratively with the Senior OT, second Senior Physiotherapist, and Physiotherapy Assistant to deliver patient-centred care.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
Support early discharge from hospitals by providing rehabilitation and reablement interventions in the community.
Liaise with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
Engage in regular supervision, peer learning, and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements: BSc in Physiotherapy.
CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
Minimum of three years of post-graduate Physiotherapy experience, with at least one year at Senior level (preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting).
Strong experience in, Rehabilitation, falls prevention, Musculoskeletal, and/or Neurological Physiotherapy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Full clean driver's license and access to a car for community visits.
