Store Manager
This is a Full-Time Contract role requiring flexibility, with a working schedule of 5 days over 7.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
As a Store Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for building strong relationships with staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure high stock standards, presentation, health and safety, and stock loss prevention.
* Plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
* Merchandise and visually appeal the store.
* Liaise daily with Head Office.
* Engage positively with staff and maintain good morale.
* Manage store deliveries and prepare shop floor and storeroom.
* Develop innovative ways to increase footfall, turnover, and grow margins.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Manage day-to-day operations.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

* Minimum 2-3 years retail store manager experience.
* Excellent understanding of customer needs.
