Job Summary:
A Relationship Manager is sought after by a global leader in providing expert administrative services to clients. The chosen candidate will manage company secretarial matters, corporate and administrative affairs, and transaction management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Company Secretarial Matters: Manage any company secretarial requirements for allocated entities.
2. Board Meetings: Be present at quarterly board meetings, providing board packs and minutes where needed.
3. Document Drafting: Under guidance, draft services agreements and ancillary documents.
4. Client Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients as well as internal and external parties concerning any client companies in the allocated portfolio.
5. Relationship Growth: Evaluate and discuss any specific client and prospect requests.
6. Client Relations: Continue to grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
7. Meetings and Reporting: Attend meetings with clients as well as new potential clients, and timely report any legal issues with clients.
8. File Maintenance: Accurately maintain client files in accordance with local filing and archiving procedures.
9. Training and Oversight: Train junior team members where required, and oversee the execution of transaction documents by junior team members on behalf of clients.
The Candidate:
1. Experience: 2-3 years' experience from a background in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting, or transaction management.
2. Qualifications: ICSA Qualified or part qualified is a bonus.
3. Skills: Experience attending board meetings and drafting minutes, ability to use own initiative and be adaptable, good attention to detail and a very organized individual.
