About the Role This position involves overseeing social media strategy, safeguarding brand integrity, and collaborating across departments to align marketing goals with recruitment and corporate objectives.
Youll work closely with a Graphic Designer to maintain a cohesive brand image while analysing competitors and adapting strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Ensure consistent application of branding across digital assets, on-site materials, and corporate events.
Collaborate with HR to align employer branding with recruitment strategies, including graduate campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
35 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media, branding, and digital strategy.
Experience in the construction sector is a bonus but not essential.
Proficiency in managing branding projects, from concept to execution.
Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or photography is advantageous.
