CES is seeking an Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Services Manager and CEO.
This role requires a highly organized and energetic administrator capable of managing various tasks and maintaining efficient office systems. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative support to the CEO
2. Overseeing facility management
3. Supporting data protection and health & safety activities
4. Managing office systems
5. Assisting with HR administration
The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration of 2 years, but part-time options will be considered.
