Responsibilities Provide advice on the planning potential of land and property;Provide advice to assist in the formulation of development proposals, to meet Client requirements;Provide advice that assesses and weighs the opportunities/risks presented by the planning system;Prepare and submit planning applications;Prepare and submit representations responding to development plan and similar consultations;Prepare Reports, Briefing Notes, Appeal Statements, Instructions to Counsel, Proofs of Evidence etc;Diligent and sensitive liaison with planning authorities and stakeholders; andRegular and frequent assessment of risks which might impact upon meeting Client objectives.No job description can fully represent every issue which may arise within the post and the post holder is expected to carry out other duties from time to time that are broadly consistent with those in this job description.
