Start date: ASAP Contract running until 17th March Pay rate: 15 - 16€ per hour Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Coordinate and schedule appointments Covering reception and answering calls Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries Handling incoming and outgoing post Requirements: Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
Proficient in using word/excel Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
