Finance Administrator Role
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team, responsible for managing financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll reports.
* Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns as per regulatory requirements.
* Assist with the annual financial audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Handle general payroll inquiries and provide support to employees.
* Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts to inform business decision-making.
* Invoice commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices on a daily basis.
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
* A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
* An ATI qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Experience in payroll administration and invoicing is desirable.
* Excellent communication and Excel skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* A strong administrative, organizational, and business support background, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
