PAM Ireland is currently recruiting for candidates to join their 4-year Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship in conjunction with the College of Further Education and Training Campus and Technology University Dublin (TUD)/ South East Technological University (SETU) Carlow starting in September.
This structured program includes both hands-on and classroom-based learning with the College of FET and TUD/ SETU. You will need to commit to 4 years of studying hard for your B1/B2 modules, which are intense and require dedication. Upon successful completion, you will qualify for a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and be eligible to certify Ryanair's 600+ aircraft fleet.
Job Responsibilities
Based in Shannon, you will work with highly experienced aircraft engineers in one of our biggest engineering hangars, responsible for providing engineering maintenance to our 600+ Boeing aircraft. You will also gain experience in airframe and avionics and pre-into service checks completed on new aircraft deliveries from Boeing as we continue to grow our fleet to over 800+ aircraft in the next decade.
You will spend time in Shannon, Stansted, or Bergamo for classroom-based learning and hands-on experience while completing your studies in TU Dublin/ SETU Carlow.

* Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment
* If successful, an in-person interview will be planned for April-June
* Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment colour blindness test, intoxicant screening test, and induction

* Eligibility to live and work in Ireland and travel without restriction
* Applicants must be 18 years of age by September 1st
