Job Title: Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client's Finance Team in Limerick. This is a permanent onsite role based on the company premises, with a base salary expected to be in the €40 K - €50 K range per annum, plus benefits.
The Role:
* Support the Payroll Manager in producing weekly and monthly payrolls for the UK and Ireland.
* Assist in resolving day-to-day employee payroll queries in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and continually improve processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Payroll Manager in adhering to SOX compliance.
2. Assist with external agencies in relation to payroll matters, including auditors, CSO, Dept. of Social and Family Affairs, Revenue Commissioners, and HMRC.
3. Prepare and process statutory deductions.
4. Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
* IPASS payroll qualifications.
* 2-5 years payroll experience in a similar-sized company.
* Basic understanding of HR policies and Irish Payroll essential.
