Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your primary responsibility will be to support the site manager in overseeing the cleaning service staff, including allocating workloads, monitoring progress and performance, and determining work priorities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure the site operates efficiently, adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.
* Assist the site manager in supervising cleaning service staff, including workload allocation, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation.
* Conduct site cleaning audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Control and monitor the use of cleaning materials, ensuring all staff are aware of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSSH).
* Manage the use of cleaning equipment, arranging repairs or replacements as needed, and make recommendations to the site manager.
* Perform stock checks on equipment, consumables, and materials as required.
* Provide on-the-job training to cleaning staff according to relevant company and client practices.
* Organize relief or holiday cover for cleaning staff as needed, in conjunction with the site manager.
* Authorize, allocate, and record cleaning staff absences in conjunction with the site manager.
* Perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks assigned by the site manager.
* Coach and communicate outstanding issues to all staff, promoting a culture of compliance, safety, and innovation.
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication skills for professional discussions and frequent liaison with contract parties.
* Strong organizational and management skills.
* Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
* Qualifications and experience in schedule planning, train-the-trainer programs, pharmaceutical backgrounds, and GMP experience.
