About The Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global HR team on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and drive organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with these objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all HR-related matters.
- Drive initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Union Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives, fostering a collaborative and respectful relationship.
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Address and resolve labour disputes, grievances, and other union-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts, including organisational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
- Develop and implement change management plans that minimise resistance and maximise employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees during periods of change.
Employee Relations:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee relations initiatives.
Compliance:
- Ensure the organisation complies with all relevant labour laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment law and advise the organisation on necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organisation attracts and hires top talent.
- Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems that align with organisational goals.
- Support managers in setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
