Required Skills:
* Substantial work experience and 3rd level qualifications.
* Possess excellent communication and manage customer relationships during the projects through strong governance.
Desirable skills:
* Project Management experience and Change Management experience in delivery and adoption of complex IT solutions.
* Have previously worked on projects involving the following technologies:
o Java Related, Angular or similar Webservices, SOAP, REST (with JSON).
o DBs: Sql Server, MySQL DB ETL - SSIS.
o Cloud - Azure, AWS, tomcat, DNN, Azure DevOps.
* Experience in QA in various test cycles.
* Participating in forecasting and the preparation of the project budget, analysing variances, scheduling expenditures, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate losses.
* Manage partners and 3rd party vendors to meet the committed project deliverables.
* Formal project management training is desirable.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
* Validate the business needs, project objectives, project scope and project success criteria; ensure alignment among key project participants and stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans for all priority projects and ongoing projects to meet agreed delivery schedules.
* Setting project budgeting as required. Identifying any additional resources that may be necessary to deliver on aspects of the projects.
* Develop schedules and methods for measuring results and associated metrics.
* Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project.
* Assemble and coordinate project team members assigning individual responsibilities.
* Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
* Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications to all stakeholders.
* Secure approval for the project release plan and manage the project from initiation to handover to production.
* Liaise with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
* Identify project pre-requisites, dependencies, constraints, risks and critical path and manage these proactively.
