As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives within the Finance Transformation program.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Finance Transformation project timeline, ensuring milestones are met on time.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout the project to ensure smooth delivery.
* Track project risks and issues, ensuring they are logged, escalated, and mitigated as necessary.
* Ensure proper resource allocation, working with teams to manage workload and project priorities.
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring the project stays on track financially and operationally.
* Organize and run project meetings, maintaining clear agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
* Liaise with third-party vendors as required to ensure project components are delivered according to plan.
* Work with the Finance VP on Finance Transformation program management, ensuring a coordinated approach to project selection.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably with some exposure to finance, IT, or systems implementation projects.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.
* Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
* Demonstrated experience managing project budgets.
* Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritize effectively.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
* Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
