Accounts Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices for Europe, APAC, and US regions.
* Enhance automation processes across the Accounts Payable function.
* Process employee expense reports in line with global T&E policy.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders for timely payment of invoices.
* Handle ad hoc audit requests.
* Support monthly close process through bank & fixed asset reconciliations.
* Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Enthusiastic, organized, and self-confident individual with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience working for a US company, preferably with accounting experience in International regions.
* Able to work independently, committed to learning and development, flexible.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Experience with Oracle E-Business ERP system is preferred.
* Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Reporting standards.
* Strong team player with a commitment to team success.
