Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef, for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
A pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef you will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
