Market Logistics Analyst
Cpl in partnership with our client Pfizer are seeking a Market Logistics Analyst to join their team for a 12 month fixed term contract at their Dublin Ringsend site. This role has a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Responsible for all areas included in inventory management, including monitoring sales, inventory adjustments, Intercompany receipts, and ensuring all flow through the interfaces and are recorded in SAP.
* Commercial Operations: Oversight of the commercial rebates process with LSP and external vendors, Manage industry IPHA price reductions within Pfizer and the LSP, Manage all commercial decisions regarding pricing and impacts to market operations, Manage new product route to market selection, HSE Account Management Allocations Wholesale allocations Hospital Allocations Resupply Dates
* LSP Inbound Management: Providing requests and advance planning for any urgent delivery slot requirements, for example when a product is out of stock, Providing copies of delivery Paperwork on request, Providing support for any issues encountered at goods-inwards.
* LSP Material Attribute Maintenance: Completing and submitting Change Forms for products that require updates to license numbers or EAN numbers, This should be done in advance of the first receipt.
* LSP New Product Set- Up: Completing and submitting NPF's (New Product Forms) to UDD KAM, including copies of artworks and pricing (if pricing is applicable)
* LSP Surveys, Initiatives and Meetings: Business Continuity Controlled Substance Dangerous Goods EH&S Market Sustainability Monthly Operational and KPI performance review Yearly GAPS review Quality Audits
* Managing returns reconciliation: Responsible linking correspondence regarding returns between the Pfizer and LSP, In depth knowledge of PHIs Pfizer Quality s and HPRA guidelines around pharma product returns, In depth knowledge of each products route to market model and financial implications, In depth knowledge of Pfizers SOM process, In depth knowledge of customer account relationship Reviewing each return under HPRA returns guidelines
* Third Party Invoices
* Rework Co-ordination
* Transfer of product between markets
* GSC Intercompany and PHI Finance
* Repak
* LSP Stock Count Management
* Demand Planning
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP Systems in a purchasing / planning environment, Good level of competency with MS package but especially with Excel, Strong knowledge of the implementation and use of SAP and enhancing business processes / systems around this
2. Managerial Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Planning and organizational skills, Results driven, Change management
3. Education and Experience: Degree in Business, 3 years Purchasing or Inventory Management experience or equivalent preferably in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or related industries, Certifications -IIPMM or APICS as additional qualifications
