Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland
About the Role
The Finance Officer will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and other Managers within the Finance Department to ensure the effective administration of financial cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive support in maintaining an efficient system of financial cost control
* Ensuring accurate accounting procedures are in place
* Compiling, presenting, and explaining financial reports to non-finance personnel
* Producing detailed and summarised variance analysis reports
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance function
* Experience in a Section 38 publicly funded environment is desirable
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and IT skills
* Knowledge of Totalmobile and/or Core HR would be a distinct advantage
