Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly and busy team for a 12 month contract.
January start. Salary circa €35k pa.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
* Working as part of internal sales team.
* Processing of sales orders and invoicing.
* Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers.
* Maintain and update data on CRM.
* Coordinate with Customers and Logistics to ensure a smooth transition.
* Assisting with stock forecast reports.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
* Be a driven and proactive self-starter.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Strong PC skills particularly in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
