Responsibilities
for this Project Manager role:
1. Provide leadership and effective management to drive high performance across all project aspects.
2. Foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
3. Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards.
4. Conduct effective project planning to mitigate risks in the short to medium term.
5. Champion quality standards, coordinating activities in line with company procedures.
6. Manage procurement, subcontractor orders, and lead value engineering and product development.
7. Ensure compliance with BCAR throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
8. Maintain positive communication with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Key Requirements for this Project Manager role:
9. Third Level Qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline.
10. 3+ years of experience in a comparable role – experience with contractors highly desirable
11. Civils experience is desired but not mandatory
12. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
13. Display motivation, organisation, and exceptional time management abilities.
14. Proven capability to lead and manage teams effectively.
15. Tech savvy and have good computer skills
16. Clean Irish Driving license
Package Offered for this Project Manager role:
17. Salary of €80,000 - €90,000 DOE
18. Company vehicle/ allowance
19. 22 days annual leave
