Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to supervise the operations of their Ireland office in Dublin.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our client’s office and ensure all administrative tasks are executed seamlessly. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the most efficient and effective administrative procedures, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with both external and internal policies.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Join a friendly and diverse admin team of 15 professionals from the Netherlands, Belux, Ireland, and China. You will be responsible for various work modules and collaborate closely with your teammates. Reporting directly to the Admins Department Director, you will play a crucial role in our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
4. Plan and Coordinate Workflow: Develop and implement efficient administrative workflows and procedures.
5. Lead the Admin Team: Guide and support our admin team to complete a variety of tasks across different business sectors, including catering, dormitory management, and facility management.
6. Staff Performance & Development: Assess staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure maximum efficiency.
7. Office Management: Allocate responsibilities and office space, oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities.
8. Budget Management: Plan and monitor the budget to ensure financial efficiency.
9. Organize Office Activities: Supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
10. Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to policies and regulations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
11. 2-10 years experience in administrative roles with at least 1 year managerial experience
12. Experience managing range of admin duties such as catering, dormitory, asset and facility management
13. Previous event experience would be beneficial
14. Budget management experience
15. Computer-savvy and proficient in MS office and Excel
