Platinum Home Care is seeking to recruit a Service Support Administrator in the Blanchardstown Office.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Answer all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner and transfer to the relevant person or department.
2. Assist with scheduling queries and planning of schedules.
3. Action requests from various departments.
4. Carry out all ad hoc administrative and office functions as the needs arise within the business in a professional and efficient manner.
5. Liaise effectively and enthusiastically with colleagues on everything relevant to the success of Platinum Home Care across Ireland.
6. Share the on-call phone.
7. Meet and exceed all Platinum Home Care Key Performance Indicators.
8. Ensure that Platinum Home Care Health and Safety policies and procedures are always applied - a safe working environment is our priority.
9. Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act (and any subsequent revisions) in relation to HSE, Client, and Care Records.
Requirements:
1. Solid knowledge of IT, PC skills, and reporting.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Well organized, innovative, and process and deadline driven.
4. An ability to make a difference.
5. One Touch experience is an advantage but training will be given.
