Job Description:
Senior Infrastructure Specialist, Daily Rate On-Site Contractor
Dublin City.
This role will assist the helpdesk with advanced technical support queries, training and mentoring to the helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice, training and support for iPhone trouble shooting and setup, device on boarding and troubleshooting of the Workspace One MDM.
* General desktop and laptop application support.
* Work closely with management to improve processes and support the efficiency of Helpdesk operations, improving ticket turnaround times.
Requirements:
* Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, proven ability to train and mentor others in a technical capacity.
* Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar technical support role.
* Recent CompTIA Network+, Security+ and MDAA certification or equivalent qualification.
* Mentoring colleagues within the support team.
* Practical experience with iPhones, onboarding and troubleshooting Apple devices.
* Strong team player providing technical advice and support to colleagues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in networking technologies including LAN networking, mobile devices, VPNs and Citrix.
