GTS Network Administrator – Operations Department
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the training activities within Green Tech Skillnet (GTS), the training unit of Wind Energy Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Skills Operations Manager with data capture, procurement preparations, and monthly financial reporting.
2. Prepare for and assist with audits, compliance visits, procurement processes, and related tasks.
3. Communicate regularly with trainers and member companies to arrange courses and bookings efficiently.
4. Track costs associated with all courses to ensure competitive pricing and best value.
5. Manage a shared inbox and address or escalate queries as appropriate.
6. Develop marketing material for courses.
7. Manage the Skillnet online activity management system, ensuring data entry and quality control to meet KPIs.
8. Support applications for funding for future training development programmes.
Requirements
* Ability to work well independently or in a team, with a commitment to see tasks through to completion.
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
* 3+ years of experience in administration.
* A service-minded approach with a strong customer focus.
