Key Responsibilities:
* To contribute to profitability by identifying opportunities to enhance sales.
* To manage inventory, cost of goods control, and labour costs effectively.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
* To ensure the cash handling and register functions are performed accurately and consistently.
* To communicate new product information and details to partners.
* To maintain store operations, financial contributions, and partner development accountability.
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by adopting a customer-centric approach and building meaningful connections with customers. They will provide high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products, adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Additionally, they will follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to team members to ensure operational excellence and improve performance. They must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
