Applications are invited for the following post: Chief Infrastructure Officer (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference: 44/2025) The Chief Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for the management of the TU Dublins estates and the delivery of the Universitys capital infrastructure programmes and developing them to meet the needs of the University in a changing higher education landscape.
The Chief Infrastructure Officer is responsible for all aspects of leadership, reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, governance, operations, people management, and financial management of campus and estates infrastructure across locations at TU Dublin.
The Chief Infrastructure Officer has a key role in ensuring that the safety, health and wellbeing of staff, students and visitors is at the forefront of campus and estates management and implemented in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.
Hours of Work:
A 35-hour working week is in operation.
Location:
The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e.
Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght.
Regular attendance at other sites will be required.
The Chief Infrastructure Officer will be required to attend work on all campuses for which the role services.
Salary:
The Secretary Financial Controller Level 2 Salary Scale i.e.
€110,267 gross per annum.
