* Contract: 2 years full-time
* Based: Dublin, Cork or Galway, with some travel within Ireland
* Salary: €45,000 - €55,620 subject to experience

ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to be the dedicated lead on the execution of our existing impact management & learning plans and tools, measuring and managing our impact. The use of relevant data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform our decision-making process in order to embed a culture of learning and improvement, transferring our learning from failures and successes to our processes to maximize impact.
This role sits within the Operations unit and is dedicated to research, hands-on data gathering, analysis, and impact management to create accurate, meaningful, and accessible information across all business units within the organisation.
As a centralised support function, a key aspect of the job is to build strong relationships, continuous dialogue, and information flow across all business units, including Management teams and our Board.
