Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring laboratory and logistics operations comply with ISO15189 accreditation, ISO9001 certification, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with the review and approval of internal quality documents in accordance with document control procedures.
* Support the Quality team in responding to client requests.
* Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits, including those by assessment bodies and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A third-level qualification in Quality Assurance or Science is advantageous; relevant experience and training will also be considered.
* 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Department or accredited pathology laboratory is ideal.
* Knowledge of QPULSE is a plus.
* Understanding of ISO15189 accreditation and ISO9001 certification.
* Experience with INAB audits/accreditation processes is desirable.

* Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service.
* Ability to evaluate information, solve problems, and make decisions in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
* Capable of identifying and resolving system failures and anomalies.
