Job Description

Cpl Healthcare seeks a Day Service Manager for their client in Co. Tipperary.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, focusing on independent living, community integration, personal development, and work opportunities.
* Implement best practices for high-quality, person-centered services aligned with New Directions and the company's values.
* Lead operational aspects, ensuring top-notch services and compliance with standards.


Requirements:

* Relevant 3rd level qualification in health, social care, or nursing.
* Management/Leadership Qualification at minimum QQI Level 6.
* 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar setting.
* Familiarity with New Directions and the EASI tool.
* Experience in staff management and resource utilization.
* Support for individuals with Challenging Behavior.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and Employment laws.
* Motivational and leadership skills.
