We specialise in residential and commercial property sales and lettings and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
We are looking for a warm, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly team and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of our business.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for Doran Estates, your responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming and assisting clients, both in person and over the phone
2. Managing the front desk and ensuring smooth daily operations
3. Scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients and team members
4. Handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
5. Managing office supplies and stationery orders
6. Supporting the team with general office duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner
2. Experience in a busy office environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving
6. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. A car and valid driving licence (required)
