Training Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to lead our training initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on laboratory techniques, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
2. Develop customized training solutions for external clients to meet their unique needs.
3. Assess training needs through surveys, focus groups, and feedback from employees and clients.
Internal Training
1. Oversee the training process for Analysts On Contract and Quality Assurance Professionals.
2. Manage and optimize the internal training process to ensure content is up-to-date.
3. Implement efficiencies in training delivery using technology and innovation.
Client Training Solutions
1. Lead cross-functional teams to scope, develop, and implement new training modules and laboratories for external clients.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and develop tailored solutions.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Quality and Compliance Assurance
1. Evaluate training programs to ensure they comply with industry regulations.
2. Conduct audits of training materials and practices to identify areas for improvement.
3. Stay informed about industry developments and integrate new methods into training programs.
Team Leadership and Development
1. Manage and mentor a team of trainers to enhance skills and deliver high-quality training.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the training team.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a training role within the life sciences or laboratory services industry.
* Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment, and industry regulations.
* Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven team management experience and ability to promote a positive team culture.
